Connecticut Avenue FaÇade Restoration
The owners of 1100 Connecticut Avenue, NW, had a severely stained building façade due to years of rain related mineral build up, and calcium and lime leaching out of the building façades precast concrete.
The Process
Using a biodegradable pumas that would not harm or scratch the glass or granite's highly polished surfaces, our artisans removed those minerals. Compare the upper section with the lower while the crew is performing this process.
The Payoff
Due to the fresh new look of the building, the restored façade will help keep existing tenants in place while creating a demand among future tenants with its prime location and good looks in the highly competitive Washington, DC real estate market.
